Please note:
Maximum capacity of the house: 6-8 persons.
A Coleman tent that can fit for 4-5 persons is also available for rent, for only Php 500

Current Rates:
BEACH HOUSE rent per day= Php 2,500 for up to 4 persons (peak) March to May

BEACH HOUSE rent per day= Php 2,000 for up to 4 persons (off peak) June to February

Php 150 = per extra person

The Beach house is also available for monthly basis, for 20,000/month. Electricity and water utilities not included.

Transport fees: (optional if you have vehicle)

Pick up/ Tour/ Drop off = 3,000 ( AIR – CON)

Maximum capacity of the house: 6-8 persons. 150 per additional person
It is a beach house, you can cook anytime you want.
Any damages to the property done by the guests is advised to pay with its equivalence
A CONFIRMED reservation is when a partial payment paid. A Partial payment (or advance payment) is Php 500 for the reservation, and will be deducted from the balance.
We accept paypal, Western Union or Kwarta Padala, or meet ups.
For Cancellations, refund is applicable if and only if we are informed at least 3 days before the date of the trip/accomodation.
No extra fees if you want to change the date of the trip/accommodation before 2 days of the time of arrival.
Promo rates and no-show at the date of the trip/accomodation are not applicable for refund.
You can also pay upfront during your arrival, but the beach house might be occupied especially during summer time, and peak seasons.
A PENDING reservation not paid 3 days before the date of trip/accommodation, is still OPEN and AVAILABLE for other guests. A PENDING reservation can still have the accommodation, if other guests did not confirmed the reservation. It is best to leave your contact numbers so we can send you updates about your reservation.
First CONFIRMED reservation, served first.

TIPS:
It is best to book earlier so we can prepare your arrival. To avoid hassles of cancellations, booking, and re-booking, you can pay in advance at least 4 days before the actual trip.

Santiago Public Beach ( no entrance fee )
Santiago Resort (entrance fee around Php 10 each)
Mangudlong Rock Resort (entrance fee around Php 15 each)
Timubo Cave (entrance fee around Php 10 each)
Lake Danao Park (entrance fee around Php 10 each)
Camotes Bayview ( no entrance fee )
Bukilat Cave = additional fee of 1,000 since it is located in Tudela Island.
Poro Island = additional 500

Entrance fees are subject to change without notice. We are not currently affiliated with the resorts.
You can pick the travel spots on the date of the tour. Entrance fees not included in the Tour fee.
